More Pool Costs

The water usage costs at the pool have sharply increased from around $160 per month to well over $500 per month since the beginning of the year. This amount has NOT been reported at monthly HOA meetings. These costs have also raised due to the $20,000 resurface on the pool, which has been leaking AFTER the job was complete. This cost does not reflect the power bills associated with the pool. As of now, there is no pool maintenance committee; the Board is solely responsible.
