Is the pool open? 

Yes, the pool remains open at this time. The pool is treated regularly with sterilizing chemicals which generally inactivate the disease, and there is no evidence that the virus can be transmitted through pools, hot tubs, spas, or other water play areas.

Is the playground open? 

Yes, the playground is open at this time, although the equipment is NOT regularly disinfected. Studies show plastic walls and equipment harbors more germs than wood. The sun also does a pretty good job at disinfecting.  Common sense and regular safety measures are suggested.

When is the next HOA meeting?

Board meetings take place on the last Wednesday of every month. A reminder can be seen at the top on the Home Page

When is Garbage Pickup Day?

Garbage Pickup days are Tuesday and Friday for GREEN TOP garbage, and Wednesday for YELLOW TOP recyclables. Friday is reserved for LARGE ITEMS, such as couches and refrigerators. For further questions, Please refer to the Waste Management Website by clicking the button below.

What do I do if I see trash or debris in the street?

If you see a pile of trash or debris piled near the street, you can call Waste Management to request a pickup at 321-723-4455. This means you can call for another neighbor if you notice the pile didn't get picked up. For further instructions, click the button below.
